Logistics Coordinator

Department: Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse- Petaluma
Location: Petaluma, CA

What Will You Get To Do:

  • Post order shipments and Customer On Time delivery
  • Review and process expedited requests with Production
  • Processes bill of lading
  • Enter and process commercial invoices
  • Calculate freight shipping quotes
  • Enter and manage freight logs
  • Coordinate and process Customer Service requests
  • Serve as back-up for processing and shipment at the UPS station as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What Will You Bring:

  • Work Experience: 3 years of transactional production process experience
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Computer Skills: Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organizational Skills: Organized thought process and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
