Sales Support Specialist I

What Will You Get To Do: 

  • Address incoming calls, voicemails, and emails from both the sales team and key customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain and support Special Pricing Agreement (SPA) in Salesforce.com, This includes proactive management for the sales team, addressing past due opportunities for accurate sales pipeline forecasting and generating reports as requested
  • Process demo/mockup orders for sales team, marketing and engineering as requested
  • Communicate with customers and/or sales team to promote customer satisfaction for key accounts including proactive outreach to sales team and customers 
  • Support the Customer Service team with general inquires and order entry 

What Will You Bring: 

  • 1 year of experience in customer service and data entry or related field
  • High School diploma or GED  
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel, Word, and Outlook. A
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently and effectively 
  •  Ability to communicate effectively across a diverse customer-base; good verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills with ability to deal with individuals at all levels, both inside and outside the organization
